At Gables Nails Salon, we are committed to providing exceptional service to every client. Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, we kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policies. When appointments are canceled without adequate notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time, and clients on our waiting list miss the chance to receive services. ⸻ Cancellation & No-Show Policy We require at least 12 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. • Less than 12 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount booked. • Clients who repeatedly cancel or no-show (more than once) will be required to pre-pay in full before booking any future appointments. Cancellations are accepted via voicemail, text message, or email. The 12-hour cancellation policy applies regardless of confirmation status. ⸻ Tardiness Policy We understand that delays happen and allow a 15-minute grace period. • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee. • Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may: • Be rescheduled and charged 50% of the service cost, or • Receive an abbreviated service (if time permits). Abbreviated Appointments We will make every effort to accommodate your full service. However, to avoid delays for other guests, services may be shortened if you arrive late. Abbreviated services are charged at full value. ⸻ As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent 24 hours before and again 4 hours before your scheduled time. However, it remains the client’s responsibility to remember their appointment to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.
